Coaching Code of Ethics

I do everything that I can to meet or exceed the Ethical Principles for Professional Coaches as set by the International Association of Coaches. Policies

I respect you and your time and appreciate the same from you. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled session, I understand and I do not charge you for a missed session if an understandable emergency occurs. Otherwise, you will be charged for missed sessions.   Holidays will be negotiated and rescheduled as the need becomes clear. Religious preferences are respected.

Since your session is by phone, you agree to give the session your full attention by refraining from all other activities, such as eating, and multitasking and you will ensure a clear voice connection.

Please make sure that you are fully committed to your Life or Business Coaching, as I do not offer refunds. This holds you accountable for your coaching. I completely believe in the partnership coaching that we do together. Not having the option of a refund, you are absolutely taking a life-changing step toward living a successful, fulfilling, and inspired life!

Payment

You must pay for each session in advance. I send you an e-mail invoice for your convenience to pay by credit card or PayPal. You can also pay by Zelle to my email at stephenbruno424@gmail.com.

Punctuality

I value your time as well as my own. I expect you to be on time for our sessions. You are responsible for calling me at the agreed-upon time unless otherwise arranged. Being on time for your session allows you to take advantage of our time together. I will reserve your time for 15 minutes. After that, your session will be forfeited and you will need to reschedule.
